Dairy Towels  New!

ASC is excited to provide dairy towels made from recycled baby wipe materials. This is a very soft microfiber product that is currently available in roll form. Packaged in plastic bags of three rolls each, we can ship to you either in single bag quantities or in full truck loads.

 

Spunbond

ASC stocks a variety of sizes and weights of spunbonded materials. Spunbonded material are suitable in the following applications:

• Automotive – trim parts, trunk liners, interior door panels and seat covers.
• Geotextiles – erosion control, road bed stabilization, liner protection and roofing.
• Sanitary and medical – cover stock, gowns, shoe covers.

 

Spunlace

Spunlace or hydroentangled nonwovens are also available in a wide range of widths and weights. Suitable applications include the following – wipes, medical garments, substrates, hygiene, personal care, facial cleaning, food service and industrial/household cleaning.

 

SMS

SMS (spunbond/meltblown/spunbond) constructions are also available in a wide range of widths and weights. Suitable applications include:

• Medical – head covers, surgical masks, coats and drapes
• Hazardous – protective clothing
• Filtration

Stitchbond

This is an all PET product of standard stitchbond construction, some is coated. The uncoated material has a 4 osy basis weight, the coated material has a 7 osy basis weight. The rolls are in beige, white, grey and tan colors. All rolls are 82" wide and have 3" cores. The weight of each roll varies.

 

PP/Kraton

This product consists of 90% PP and 10% Kraton. It is available in roll form of various configurations as well as trim baled materials. The roll material is approximately 95 to 100 gsm.

 

PP/Wood Pulp

This product is 30% PP and 70% wood pulp. It is a melt-blown formation. The basis weight is approximately 1.6 osy, thickness is 1.6 mm. The rolls are approximately 84" in width and diameter is variable.

 

Vapar™

Vapar™ is a very special microfiber product developed for industrial and household wipes and cleaning applications. The properties and benefits of this product are too numerous for this product sheet. Please request the more detailed Fact Sheet.

 

Others

The other types of nonwovens that ASC may have available include needlepunch, high loft and bale waste products.

ASC has these and other materials available in a variety of forms. These include rolls, slabs and bales
